Dr. Kelly

CEO | PRINCIPAL

Kelly is an industrial psychologist and consultant whose 25+ year practice specialty includes a wide range of organizational development strategy and design solutions.  Her expertise includes leadership development, diversity, inclusion and equity (DEI), executive coaching, culture change management, strategic planning, performance assessment, management and organizational effectiveness facilitation, design and consultation.  She has worked with 1,000’s of leaders in Fortune 100 companies globally, from corporate boardrooms and executive leadership teams to frontline managers.  She has consulted in an array of business industries, including consulting with The Walt Disney Company, designing and facilitating leadership engagements across the enterprise both nationally and globally for over 12 year. She has also facilitated leadership engagements for Coca Cola, Hitachi, UCLA, Los Angeles County and Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles. Specifically, she has lead DEI engagements for Honda Motors, Honda Manufacturing, Phillips, BMG, Comcast, Viacom, 3D Systems, and Southern California Edison, amongst others. 

Her leadership experience includes six years as senior partner and founder of Syzygy Global Consultants, Inc., seven years in a variety of HR management roles, including diversity and inclusion, employee relations, and training and development for Sony Pictures Entertainment, and three years as Chairperson of the doctoral program in psychology and organizational management and consulting at Phillips Graduate University. She has been on faculty for UCLA’s Technical Management Program and The Economic Development, Leadership Institute at College of the Canyons.  

She is also an accomplished executive coach with experience coaching board of directors (corporate and nonprofit), C’Suite executives, executive teams, leaders in transition, high-potential leaders and mid-level managers. She has been the coach for Southern California Edison’s high-potential senior leader to executive program for the past five years, and lead a three year engagement with the senior team for Huntington Hospital in support of operationalizing their five year strategic plan. 

She has a doctorate of psychology in organizational management and consulting from Phillips Graduate University and is a graduate of the University of Southern California, Human Resources Development Master Trainer’s Institute. Kelly is a Coro Fellow and graduate of Goldman Sach’s 10,000 Small Business Program through Babson College.

Christine Neilson
CFO

Christine is from London, England, she has a B.A. Honors Business Studies with a major in Finance and moved to the United States in 1991. In London Christine was a Surveyor specializing in commercial real estate appraisal, acquisition and development holding
management positions in both private and public organizations.

Since moving to the US Christine has been providing businesses and individuals with financial advisory services for over twenty five years, including external CFO services, business planning, tax planning, risk and wealth management.

She holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designation and is a member of the Exit Planning Institute . As an Enrolled Agent (E.A.) she is licensed to practice before the IRS in all 50 states and is a registered representative with FINRA holding Series 6, 7, 63 & 65 licenses allowing her to represent clients in CA, WA, OR & TX. She also holds insurance licenses in California, Washington, Oregon and Texas.

Jim Glantz, PhD
Senior PARTNER

A 20+ year Executive of Executive Coaching and Training, Jim holds a doctoral degree in Organizational Development and a Master of Education from UCLA. 

Jim is the former Vice President of Talent Development for The Wonderful Company (a $4B CPG company). In this capacity, Jim built and launched numerous Talent Development initiatives, including The Wonderful Academy, a central training and coaching organization offering multi-day leadership programs and executive coaching. He has been responsible for providing training and development for over 800 Vice Presidents and Senior Executives, as well as over 1,500 Managers. Jim has launched similar training programs for Line Supervisors, and Salespeople. 

Ramila Naziri, PsyD
SENIOR ANALYST

Ramila Naziri is an Organizational Psychologist specializing in business consulting and personal/professional development. As an organizational psychologist, she has engaged with clients in the corporate, nonprofit, and small business sectors. She has experience in research, conducting personality and performance assessments, data analysis, professional coaching, and consulting to promote growth, profitability, and sustainability.

Ramila holds a PsyD in Organizational Management and Consulting from Phillips Graduate University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC Riverside, where she worked as a research assistant in the child development department. Her professional experience includes behavioral therapy and small business management, and data analyzes.

Liletta King
ACCOUNTING

Liletta has clinical experience and background in nursing. She currently uses her problem solving and organization skills in support of T2T’s internal business processes.  As a bookkeeper, accounts payables/receivables and tax associate with experience supporting medium to small business clients, she is the liaison for T2T billing, invoicing and contract management.

Liletta attended California State University Northridge.

Kevin Walsh, PsyD

Kevin is an accomplished leadership development expert and a seasoned Executive Coach. His consulting practice specialties include a wide range of training and development solutions, including team cohesion, interdisciplinary coalition development, human rights alignment, and organizational culture transformation. He has over 20 years of facilitation experience since he was hired as a trainer at Disney University in 1996.

Kevin has trained over 12,000 employees from the C-suite to the front line, across the globe. He has successfully worked with numerous Fortune 100 Corporations, International NGOs, US Government Agencies, and prominent Colleges and Universities. Kevin has made an impact through educating adults in the Healthcare, Education, Finance, Agriculture, Engineering, Utilities, Manufacturing, and Entertainment industries. 

Kevin is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). He has held faculty positions at Phillips Graduate University, Loyola Marymount University Extension, College of the Canyons and Rollins College. Kevin earned a Doctorate of Psychology in Organizational Management and Consulting from Phillips Graduate University.

Byron Johns, PsyD
Senior Consultant / PROJECT MANAGER

Byron launched his consulting career believing that leaders should strive to unleash the creativity in each individual and by doing so, solve the complex business and social problems of our times. His vision is to address the contemporary needs that have evolved during the current technological revolution. The commitment of his work as a coach and facilitator is to energize and inspire people to bring their best to effectively navigate the current VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguity) environment. 

Through his work in the US, Africa, and Europe, he has trained hundreds of community and corporate leaders, managers, and other professionals, as well as generated grants and strategically leveraged people resources in fulfillment of organizational objectives. He has also delivered leadership engagements for Fortune 500 companies, various small businesses, start-up companies, nonprofits, and arts organizations. 

Byron completed his doctorate in Organizational Management and Consulting from Phillips Graduate University, post-doctoral studies in organizational leadership from Argosy University, as well as MFA in Performance Arts Management from Brooklyn College.   He is also a graduate of the Minority Business Executive Program, Tuck’s Business School, Dartmouth College and the Shannon Leadership Institute, Wilder Foundation. Byron loves music and has written and recorded numerous songs. 

Kahila Hedayatzadeh, PhD
Clinical Psychologist

Kahila is a board-certified clinical psychologist, Thriving Woman™ Coach, and consultant with training and experience in cognitive psychology and behavioral change, with a special emphasis on diversity and inclusion. She is bilingual and bicultural.  

In addition to her clinical work, treating adults and adolescents, Kahila is an experienced consultant providing diversity, inclusion, and equity; training, consulting, focus group, assessment, and facilitation services to clients in the education, corporate, and non-profit markets. She has lead facilitations with executive leaders with the goal of creating strategies for inclusion and diversity at the senior leadership level. Training experience includes implicit bias training and cultural competency development for boards, executive teams, and frontline leaders.  

Kahila completed her master’s in clinical psychology from National University and her doctorate in psychology from Alliant International University.
